daewoo cielo model 1996

hi, i got a problem with my car ,i saw a little oil under of the secound spar plug,the mechanic told my you got a problem with ting but when i ask ke same qustion from daewoo cielo corporation the told me no its not that problem,but the engin oil was too much because of that a little oil came under the secound spar plug.i dont know what is the problem.and i dont know that is harful for the car or not?help me,please...

Car daewoo cielo 1998 then a problem in the engine is not working well and they will issue a noise of heavy black smoke and tremble at the operating...
