Hi, problem I'm having is that when the tv is "cold" (ie, not been on recently) the picture is all blurry and staticy. Any advice, it's about 3.5 years old...

I am looking for a schematic for the above Daytek TV, or lacking that some info on where exactly to find the neon bulbs and the ballast for this TV...
