ink cartridge is stuck !!!

i by accidently placed the wrong ink cartridge into the epson dx8450, and now its being really stubborn and not coming out, now the printer is not operating because of this, how can i get it out???...

photo paper

whenever i try to print with photo paper, it comes out very blurry. i did all the correct settings and have full ink! What's wrong? please reply...

stampante dx8450

ho appena installato la stampante , ho l'inconveniente che la pagina delle impostazioni della stampante,(qualità, anteprima ecc....) mi viene fuori in TEDESCO e non c'è modo di cambiarla. ho già scaricato i driver dal sito e reinstallati ma non funziona....

sto eseguendo l'instalazione rapida ma arrivato al punto 2 quando esce "comunicazione al computer. attendere 2 minuti" non riesce a comunicare al computer il cavo e collegato e la stampante e' accesa. ho controllato ho L'IEEE 1394 ma...
