fan error

ibm thinkpad a30 get fan error then got to bios setup then nothing.replaced fan no help...

IBM Thinkpad A30

Have a Thinkpad A30; when I depress the power button, the battery and hybernate lights both flash quickly one time, and then nothing happens. The battery is fine; I have anther A30 and the battery from the faulting A30 works fine in the other A30. Any ideas?...
