When I try to turn on my laptop it beeps at me and I dont know what the code for it means. It beeps once then three times, then three times again, then once again. If anyone can tell me what that means it would be a big help....

Pwr adapter putting out 16.63dcv, Battery fully charged @ 12.36 dcv. "Yellow Battery" holding charge of 3.34 dcv, Laptop B+ lite on but sys will not boot up when deprssing the Pwr on button....
