The volume meter used to pop up for a couple of seconds as I adjusted volume on my keyboard, not any longer. It happened after one IT guy restored system via Safe Mode. I have tried to find help through internet forums, but nothing works. I have got hotkey driver installed on my computer, this also doesn't make sense....
