connection interruption ZC4001

I've got a problem with the server/client connection beetween zr6001 and zc4001. For, apparently, no reason the client does not receive any signal from the server. And then, when I wait or press any button on the ZR6001 remote control, it works again. My question is : does the remote control have any influence on the channel or anything else ? It is confuse but i'm a bit lost......
