I purchased a house with above alarm system. unfortunately the access code was not given to me and now I cannot arm the system or add my own code. can you assist me? Is there someone locally I can contace? I am in Las Vegas, NV. Thank you...

Frozen keypad

I have the RP1054D keypad with my Magnum Alert 1000 series alarm, and it is stuck on the numeral 8. I have tried to unfreeze it (by pressing 8 and holding etc.) but nothing seems to work. How do I fix it? Thanks...
